Data Pro Accounting Software’s Infinity POWER products represent a special mix of advanced accounting software solutions designed to address a wide range of business needs in a highly integrated fashion. Since the advanced Infinity COMMERCE web technologies are included with both Standard and Client/Server SQL versions of the System Administrator, all users are provided with the tools they need to integrate their accounting system for Internet and Intranet e-Commerce implementations immediately. By including DP/DashBoard, DP/STORE and DP/AUTO to your arsenal, your company will have the components for a complete Intranet and e-Commerce presence.

Standard and Client/Server SQL

System Administrator-Standard Version (Part #100) includes a 10 User License. This allows 10 users to enter the system simultaneously and use any purchased/activated software module, regardless of operating system or variation used to access the module. The System Administrator-Standard Version module includes support for the Windows Graphical User Interface (GUI), Windows Character-based and Linux Character-based. Users may install and use any of these three variations of the product to access the software simultaneously.

System Administrator-Client/Server SQL Version (Part #695) includes a 46 User License. This allows 46 users to enter the system simultaneously and use any purchased/activated software module. The System Administrator-Client/Server SQL Version module includes standard support for the Windows Graphical User Interface (GUI) and Windows Character-based.

Additional User Counts (Part #320) - for Part #100 & #695 Only

For those firms that require more users than the default user counts that come standard with either variation of the System Administrator module (Part #100 or Part #695), all that is required is to purchase the exact number of additional users counts as needed. These user counts can be added to the software as frequently as user’s needs change. Keep in mind that a single user count has complete access to all accounting modules currently installed and licensed. 		When any user exits the software, a user count is freed up to allow another user within the organization to gain access to any specific module desired.

As additional user counts are added to the system, they add value to either version of the respective System Administrator modules (#100 or #695). Therefore, the Annual License Fees are calculated on the base price of either System Administrator module plus any additional User Counts that have been purchased.

The System Administrator-Standard Version with 10 User Counts purchased for $2,195 plus four additional User Counts would have an Annual License Fee of $668. ($2,195 * 16%) + (4 x $495 X 16%). There are no limits to how many users either System Administrator module can support whether it be the System Administrator-Standard Version or the Client/Server SQL Version.

All versions of each product include the highest level of capabilities possible. To integrate the Job Costing capability in any individual module, you need to purchase the Job Cost Main Module (Part #200). To use Purchase Order Entry, you must have the Accounts Payable (Part #102) module. Sales Order Entry requires the Accounts Receivable (Part #104) module. Time Sheet Entry requires Payroll (Part #108). Check Reconciliation (Part #270) is required for all Electronic Fund-related transactions, including Direct Deposit in Payroll, EFT Checks in Accounts Payable, and EFT Billing in Accounts Receivable.

All Infinity POWER accounting modules are designed to support all versions of the System Administrator module. Standard accounting users will require Part #100 or the "Standard Version" of the System Administrator. This includes the standard FoxPro or dBase IV (dbf) database file structures of the product and includes, among other things, Data Pro's exclusive Infinity COMMERCE web products.

Infinity COMMERCE allows all customers to "web enable" virtually every aspect of their accounting system from full on-line order processing to Payroll administration or data entry through your company's Internet or Intranet web sites. Your choice all at no extra charge!

Both versions of the System Administrator also include the Advanced Security Administrator module. This advanced software system allows all users the flexibility and power to control all access to the variety of accounting options throughout each system. It also comes with two modes allowing users, during installation, to determine whether they want to invoke the most advanced features right away or allow full access to everyone in their organization until a future date.

This module is responsible for counting each user as they enter and exit the software, regardless of which operating system platform version they are using. Therefore, User Counts are tracked through the use of this module.		 The Client/Server SQL version of System Administrator (Part #695) is the ultimate product for those clients requiring maximum power from their accounting system.
