Send AR Statements Out Via Email

The AR Email Statements script for DP/AUTO is designed to automatically send all of your Accounts Receivable statements to your customers via email. The script is setup and configured within DP/AUTO and is normally scheduled to run monthly after you have performed any month-end closing and executed the Calculate Age of Accounts option. The script will retrieve all of the unpaid open items for each customer from the Accounts Receivable open item file, create a PDF file of the statement form, and email the PDF statement as an attachment to each of your customers if they have a balance. If a customer does not have an email address setup then the script will optionally email the statement to an internal email address so that you can print or fax it manually. The script will also send an email report to an internal email address of all of the statements that were emailed.

Remember, both Accounts Receivable and DP/AUTO are required to run this script.

Send AR Invoices and Credit Memos Out Via Email

The AR Email Invoices script for DP/AUTO is designed to automatically send all of your Accounts Receivable invoices and credit memos to your customers via email. The script is setup and configured within DP/AUTO and is normally scheduled to run nightly after all of your billing has been completed for the day. The script will retrieve all of the invoice transactions from the Accounts Receivable transaction file, create a PDF file of the invoice form, and email the PDF invoice as an attachment to each of your customers. If a customer does not have an email address setup then the script will optionally email the invoice to an internal email address so that you can print or fax it manually. The script will also send an email report to an internal email address of all of the invoices that were emailed.

Remember, both Accounts Receivable and DP/AUTO are required to run this script.

ADP to GL Integration Script Add to my list below

Translates an Export File from ADP into an Integration File.

The ADP Integration to General Ledger script for DP/AUTO is designed to translate an export file from ADP into an integration file which can be posted in General Ledger. The script is setup and configured within DP/AUTO and is normally scheduled to run periodically during the day checking for an Excel or text file in a specified folder. The script will retrieve all of the General Ledger transactions from the ADP export file, reformat the transactions into the proper format, and append the transactions to the General Ledger's Payroll Integration file. The script will also email you a detailed report of the transactions that are ready to be posted. You can then simply execute the General Ledger option "Post Integration Files" which posts the transactions to your General Ledger.

Remember, General Ledger, Payroll and DP/AUTO are required to run this script.

Need to send Sales Order orders or proposals to your customers via email?

The SO Email Orders script for DP/AUTO is designed to automatically send all of your Sales Order orders and/or proposals to your customers via email. The script is setup and configured within DP/AUTO and is normally scheduled to run nightly after all of your orders have been entered for the day. The script will retrieve all of the orders with an Order Date set to today’s date, create a PDF file of the order form, and email the PDF order as an attachment to each of your customers. If a sales order does not have a customer email address defined then the script will optionally email the order to an internal email address so that you can print or fax it manually. The script will also send an email report to an internal email address of all of the orders that were emailed.

Remember, Sales Order and DP/AUTO are required to run this script.

Positive Pay Script Add to my list below

The Positive Pay script for DP/AUTO is designed to automatically retrieve the checks written through Accounts Payable and Payroll and format them into a file which can be submitted to your bank. The script is setup and configured within DP/AUTO and is normally scheduled to run at the end of your business day after all of your checks have been written. The script will retrieve all of the check transactions from the Check Reconciliation module, create a text file formatted for submission of the Positive Pay information to your bank, and email you a report of the check transactions included in the file.

Remember, Accounts Payable and/or Payroll, Check Reconciliation and DP/AUTO are required to run this script.
